Designed for ultimate comfort, this range is taller, higher and wider than traditional Chesterfield sofas. Featuring traditional chesterfield characteristics, such as same height arms and back, a squared seating area with extra-wide rounded arms.

MANUFACTURING TIMESCALES
We create all our furniture to order, as such, our typical lead times are 2-6 weeks from when your order is placed. Lead times can vary depending on how busy we are and subject to your requirements.

We only ever use 'Full Leather Hides' when creating our furniture, we don't sew scraps of leather together like some manufacturers.

All our furniture is handmade in Great Britain, in our Lancashire workshop. Our time-served craftsmen and women have been making Chesterfield Sofas for decades and take pride in everything they create. We only use premium materials and traditional manufacturing methods.
Worldwide Delivery
Typically, all UK mainland deliveries are carried out by a one-man delivery service, this is a kerbside service and the driver will need assistance in moving the furniture into your home. We can provide a two-man delivery service – please tell us at the point of order if you require this service.

This is a bit of an unusual review due to the fact I have given 5 stars but I did encounter quite a large problem with regard to the delivery. So I'll try to keep this as brief as I can. I was looking for a Chesterfield Sofa and came across this company. I was surprised that they seemed more reasonable … read more than everywhere else I looked. Which was good for me as this would be quite a large purchase for myself. So I took the plunge and ordered.
The timescale was given and would be a few weeks due to the factory going on a break. That wasn't a problem for me. Anyway once they were back things moved pretty quickly and I was informed of a delivery date. Unfortunately this is where the problems started. The delivery company delivered the sofa and to my horror the leather was damaged in various places, the feet were damaged. As you can imagine my heart sank!
We did contact Chesterfield Sofa Company and at first I was asking how I would fix these marks. However once we had a good look we realised the damage was not just scuffs but in fact chunks out of the leather! Obviously this is on the delivery company and not Chesterfield Sofa company. After contacting via phone, it was agreed the sofa would be collected to be repaired.
The sofa arrived back to them and to our disbelief, more damage had happened to the back of the sofa on the return trip. Which was definitely not there before sending it back.So the delivery company had now damaged the sofa twice! I'll fast forward to the re-delivery. Both Chesterfield Sofa Company and myself had liaised with the delivery company and the re-delivery was overseen and it was obvious by the two guys that dropped the sofa off. That they were a lot more professional than the first two.
Now that's just an honest account of the experience but I can't fault Chesterfield Sofa Company directly as I know they wouldn't be sending out sofas without being checked as they'd never get repeat custom. So this is all on the delivery company! Now for the actual sofa itself. The sofa once it arrived back was in a brand new condition as Chesterfield Sofa Company had basically replaced every part that was damaged including the feet.
It's clear that their factory workers are extremely skilled, the quality is outstanding and I asked for the firmest seats possible and extra webbing. It might not suit everyone having such a firm seat. But it really gives the feel of strength and support. There's nothing to fault on the sofa and it is a showstopper! Obviously as for aging only time can tell as with any sofa. But the skills of their staff and the quality of materials are outstanding!
To wrap up... I could have knocked a star off for the bit of quibble I had getting the delivery fee refunded. Which I pushed for due to all of this not being any of my fault. Chesterfield Sofa Company did the right thing in the end and did refund this to me. So I can't really knock a star off for this as they did take the sofa back, fully repair it and deliver it again to me. All in all yes I would recommend this company, their furniture quality is outstanding. I wanted to give an honest review, as it shows that their customer service is very good. -

We chose a Monks sofa and 2 XXL wingback chairs. They are truly magnificent. Such beautiful craftsmanship! We needed a change to the design of the sofa, which I mentioned in the showroom, and I was assured that any change could be made to suit our needs.
The whole process was easy and we were kept up to date throughout. I was particularly impressed when I emailed Joanne with a question and her reply arrived within less than 5 minutes.
We will be sure to order again, in fact we are already considering a matching foot stool and some office chairs.
The quality of this furniture is fantastic and worth every penny.

We purchased 2 Dorchester sofas just after Christmas. Joanne was very helpful with answering all the questions we had, responding quickly, and confirming the specifications we requested. The sofas arrived on time and are excellent quality and look amazing. She pulled out all the stops for us to have them delivered before we went on holiday. The delivery was by time slot which made it really easy to arrange. Highly recommend and would definitely buy again from the Chesterfield Sofa Company. The sofas are excellent quality and look amazing in the leather we requested and very comfortable. We had looked at similar sofas from other retailers before we chose these but these were far better then anything else we had seen by along way.

“From start to finish, Joanne was helpful, professional, and informative. She spent a lot of time advising on the various options available and went out of her way to get samples of the various materials sent to us. After we had an idea of the style and covering we liked, she arranged for us to visit their showroom to view similar sofas in order that we could make a final decision. After confirming our order, Joanne kept us informed at all times during the build stage. She arranged for the sofas to be delivered (excellent delivery with instant updates on progress). On arrival, the sofas were even better than our expectations and look superb.
