- The customer service is totally reliable - I fully trusted Joanne as soon as I met her as she’s so genuine and helpful - I bought two chesterfield sofas and they are so comfy to sit on plus they look so classy - I’m delighted with my purchase - totally worth every penny I spent -
- There is a saying that is everything is worth the wait....certainly true because yesterday we had our absolutely stunning 2 chesterfield sofas delivered they are absolutely fantastic and the delivery guys could not have been more helpful...even un packed them and put them into place for us.
To say we … read more are pleased is an understatement because from actually going to choose what we wanted to receiving them we have been kept in the loop all the way. Joanne is such a lovely lady nothing is too much trouble from choosing what we wanted right down to colour and stuffing and these are hand made to order right there in the factory (I saw with my own eyes). Absolutely exstatic.....THANK YOU SO MUCH (well worth having them delivered at 7am) - Fantastic service from start to finish. Joanne was great. She was always on hand to answer questions and was a great help in matching the colour leather we wanted. Would highly recommend this company
- We decided to look and order our sofas from Chesterfield Sofa Company due to their good reviews. The good reviews do not disappoint.
The whole experience from looking at the showroom, to the communication, to the final delivery of the sofas, was the best we could have hoped for.
